Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake with Chia Seed Pudding


Chocolate and Peanut Butter is one of my favorite flavor combinations! But if I ate the amount of Reese’s that my cravings wanted me to, I’d be 1,000 pounds! Try my vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake that’s kicked up with Protein, Flax, and Chia Seed Pudding. It will give you the sustained energy you need to get through your day with out the sugar crash, guilt OR the cavities ;)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake with Chia Seed Pudding

Yield: 2 Shakes

Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake with Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Chocolate Granola
  • 2 Tablespoons Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Meal
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • Ice Cubes
  • Chia Seed Pudding

Instructions

To make Chia Seed Pudding ahead of time, combine 1 Cup Coconut Milk, 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds, and 2 Teaspoons sugar in a bowl. Stir lightly to make sure there are no clumps. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Throw everything into a blender! For a thinner smoothie, add more Coconut milk :)
