Earl Grey and Lavender Chia Seed Pudding
- 2 Cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
- 3-5 Tablespoons Agave or Maple Syrup
- 1 bag of Earl Grey tea
- 1 teaspoon dried Lavender
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Heat one cup of coconut milk to boiling and steep the Earl Grey and lavender tea-ball for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the Earl Grey-lavender-coconut milk with the second cup of coconut milk and mix in the rest of the ingredients until fully incorporated.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, I suggest overnight!
