- 2 Cups chopped date rolls
- 2 Tablespoons roasted almond butter
- 1/4 cup cocao nibs
- 1/4 cup cocao powder
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- Desiccated coconut for rolling
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mash 'em together with your hands!
Then, roll chunks into little balls and coat with desiccated coconut. I had a small bowl of the coconut that I tossed the balls in.
Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy!
