Cut the crust off of your country white bread.
Chop the sage, chives, and parsley and mix into the Earth Balance.
Slice the heirloom tomatoes and sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Spread the herbed butter on both halves of the bread (that way the tomato slices won't make the bread soggy!) and lay three slices of tomato on the bottom half of the bread and cover with the top half.
Cut into squares and top with parsley.
