I’ve been developing this recipe for a long time and nailed the consistency and flavor of a traditional quiche. The crust is buttery and flaky, the filling is rich in protein but won’t weigh you down. It’s just the right amount of tofu, plant-based milk and cheese, nutritional yeast and spices to satisfy every quiche lover.
