Slaw Salad

Slaw Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups pre-made Cole Slaw Mix (includes shredded green and purple cabbage)
  • 1 Cup mixed baby Greens
  • 2 Whole Carrots
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 5-7 fresh Basil leaves
  • Grapes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

Rinse and run the carrots and apple in the food processor or hand grate. Roughly chop the baby greens and basil. In a large bowl, combine the carrot, apple, greens, basil, and cole slaw mix. Pour in the olive oil and vinegar and mix around with you hands. Yes, you can get your hands dirty ;)

Transfer to a nice lookin' salad bowl and top with grapes and more basil leaves.
