Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Stevia

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Full Fat Organic Coconut Milk (chilled upside-down over night)
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocao Powder
  • 3 Stevia Packets
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • optional Cocao Nib topping

Instructions

Scoop out the solid coconut cream from each can into a bowl.

Add the cocao power, stevia, and vanilla.

Using an immersion blender or electric beaters, blend ingredients together until smooth.

Refrigerate and add toppings!
