Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Stevia
Ingredients
- 2 Cans Full Fat Organic Coconut Milk (chilled upside-down over night)
- 2 Tablespoons Cocao Powder
- 3 Stevia Packets
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- optional Cocao Nib topping
Instructions
Scoop out the solid coconut cream from each can into a bowl.
Add the cocao power, stevia, and vanilla.
Using an immersion blender or electric beaters, blend ingredients together until smooth.
Refrigerate and add toppings!
