Waffles with Maple Cocao Syrup


  • 1 1/2 Cups Organic White Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2-3 teaspoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Cocao Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • Topped with Coconut Whip, Strawberries, Cocao Nibs and Rose Petals


Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl and the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate smaller bowl. Using a WHISK, whisk the dry ingredients into the wet. This ensures no flour lumps ;)

Cook the batter in your waffle iron as directed.

Meanwhile, heat the sauce ingredients-- maple syrup, cocao powder and coconut oil-- on low heat until the coconut oil is melted. Mix and drizzle over your finished waffles with FUN toppings!
