Asparagus and Horseradish Vegannaise with Lemon Zest Tea Sandwich
Ingredients
- Marbled Rye Bread
- Asparagus
- Vegannaise
- Horseradish
- Lemon
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Sauteé the asparagus spears in olive oil until they turn bright green. Remove from heat and season with salt, pepper, and juice from half a lemon.
Mix horseradish with the vegannaise to your liking and spread on bottom half of bread, then lay the asparagus spears down.
Zest lemon over the spears.
Cover with the top half of bread and cut into triangles.
