Cashew "Queso" and Avocado Quesadillas
Ingredients
- Organic Spelt Tortillas
- My "Cheezy" Cashew Dip
- Avocados, mashed
- Spinach
- Olive Oil
Instructions
Prep the quesadillas before heating them up. On one half, spread my cashew queso, on the other half spread avocado mash. Then add a handful of fresh spinach.
Heat up your skillet with olive oil to medium heat. Heat one quesadilla at a time until the tortilla is brown and crispy, fold in half and set aside. Repeat until all of your quesadillas are finished!
