This is a WHOLE30 compliant recipe and a great pick-me-up snack! As a strict vegetarian (mostly vegan at this point), I’m not getting my protein from meat, and plant-based protein is severely limited on this particular diet. Most of my go-tos– legumes, soy products, chickpeas, peanut butter– are not compliant. So almond butter is quickly becoming my best friend :)
Celery and Almond Butter
Ingredients
- Celery Stalks
- Fresh ground Almond Butter (no sugar added)
Instructions
Rinse and cut the ends off of your celery stalks and serve with fresh almon butter :)
