Coffee and Cocao Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
- 4-6 Tablespoons Agave or Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Cocao Powder
- 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Cocao Nibs (optional, for topping!)
Instructions
Well, it's pretty simple :)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, but I suggest overnight!
