Donut Sandwich


  • 1 Vegan Donut (I used cinnamon sugar-glazed)
  • Vegan Butter (I used Earth Balance)
  • Vegan Cheese slices (I used Field Roast Chao Tomato Cayenne)
  • Deli "meat" slices (Field Roast Wild Mushroom)
  • Heirloom Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Salt and Pepper


Cut your donut in half, place cut side down in a non-stick skillet greased with Earth Balance. Place a slice of "cheese" on each half and cover, heat on medium.

Meanwhile, slice the tomato and the avocado and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

When the "cheese" is melted and the donut halves are brown and crispy, remove from heat, add the deli "meat", tomato and avocado.
