No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies with Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients
- FOR THE BROWNIES: 1 1/2 Cups Date Rolls
- 4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 Cup Flaxmeal
- 1/2 Cup Cocao Powder
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter Powder
- FOR THE GLAZE: 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Cocao Powder
- Toppings: Cocao Nibs and Desiccated Coconut
Instructions
Either by hand or food processor, combine all of the ingredients for the brownies. The batter should hold its shape when you handle it-- it will not be liquidy like the usual brownie batter. Line an 8X8 pan with parchment paper and spray it with non-stick spray to ensure even the sides are safe. Press the batter evenly in the pan. Whisk together the ingredients for the glaze and pour over. Freeze to set overnight or at least 2 hours. When set, cut into squares and store in the fridge!
