Peppermint Mocha


  • 1 1/2 Cups Water
  • 6 Tablespoons Coffee (I used Opus Coffee)
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mint Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Coconut Whip Cream
  • Candy Canes


Brew the extra strong coffee with the water and coffee grounds.

In a small saucepan, heat the coffee, coconut milk, sugar and two extracts.

Using a whisk, whisk in the chocolate chips briskly. This ensures a smoother incorporation of the chocolate into the latte while they are melting.

After a couple of minutes, remove from heat, fill up cups and top with coconut whip cream and candy canes!
