Roasted Potatoes with Parmesan Sprinkle
Ingredients
- 5 organic Gold Potatoes
- 1/8 Cup Tuscan Herb Olive Oil (from River Run)
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Sprinkle (from River Run)
- Salt, Pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400.
Rinse, roughly peel, and cut your potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, 1 tablespoon of parmesan sprinkle, and a couple dashes of salt and pepper. Then add in the potatoes and mix until the potatoes are fully coated.
Spread out across a lined baking tray being sure to crowd the potato cubes-- this ensures that they get crispy around the edges!
Bake for 35 minutes, season with the other tablespoon of parmesan sprinkle, and enjoy!
