Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 Can Full-Fat Organic Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Cocao Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Powder
- Optional Toppings: Pistachios, Chocolate Protein Truffles, Cocao Nibs
Instructions
Let the can of coconut milk sit upside down in your fridge overnight. This separates the liquid from the cream. Open the can, scoop our the solid cream and let it thaw out a little bit. I even added a bit more of the leftover coconut liquid to soften up my cream!
Then mix in cocao, coconut sugar and vanilla and keep mixin' until it's smooth. Choose your FUN toppings and eat right away or refrigerate for later.
